Graphic Designer – Sports Clothing 
Location: London
Salary: Up to £40,000 + Bonus + Benefits | Hybrid (2 days WFH after probation)

We are partnering with a leading London-based licensed clothing supplier to recruit a talented Senior Menswear Graphic Designer. With a portfolio of over 20 global licenses and partnerships with 30+ retailers, this company is a major player in the market and is now expanding further into Europe, the Middle East, and the Far East.

The Role

You will play a key role in driving graphic direction across multiple high-street retailers, ensuring designs are trend-led, innovative, and commercially viable. This role spans the full lifecycle—from concept research and trend shopping, through to sample development and liaising directly with retail buyers. You'll collaborate closely with the wider design team, delivering high-quality, licensed product ranges that meet both brand and retailer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead on design direction for menswear licensed graphics, ensuring alignment with brand and retail requirements.
Research global trends and translate into fresh, relevant designs.
Oversee the design process from concept to sample approval.
Work directly with factories and suppliers to ensure accuracy and quality.
Present collections confidently to retail buyers.
Support and mentor junior designers within the team.

About You

To be shortlisted, you will need:

Be well versed in Menswear Clothing Graphic design and that experience be recent experience with either a UK High street Retails / Brand or Supplier
Have a solid understanding of licensing and worked withy some sportswear 
Strong track record of presenting collections to buyers.
Proven ability to manage the end-to-end design and production process.
Excellent communication, organisation, and teamwork skills.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
London-based (or able to commute 3 days per week at short notice). and eligible to work in the UK
