You'll work in a flexible hybrid setup, with remote working as standard and occasional travel to London and UK customer sites. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and wants to grow alongside a business that's going places.

What You'll Do

Lead creative direction for licensed and branded menswear graphics, setting trends and driving commercial success.

Spot global trends in sports, streetwear, and active lifestyle apparel—and turn insights into standout designs.

Own the process from concept to sample approval, ensuring every detail reflects quality and innovation.

Collaborate and influence, working closely with design, sales, and retail partners to bring collections to life.

Mentor and inspire junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and growth.

What We're Looking For ( The must have shopping list )

Proven and recent experience in menswear graphic design—ideally with UK high-street retailers, brands, or suppliers.

A strong understanding of licensed product design and market trends.

A genuine passion for sports-inspired fashion and a sharp eye for commercial detail.

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

A proactive, flexible attitude—comfortable managing projects end-to-end and adapting to new challenges.

London commutable twice a week and eligible to work in the UK
