Senior Graphic Designer – (Sports-Focused)

Location: Remote (with travel to London twice per month)

Salary: Up to £60,000 + Bonus + Benefits | Remote with national travel

We are proud to be partnering with a leading licensed clothing supplier to recruit a Senior Graphic Designer with a passion for sports and Fashion. With a large portfolio of global licenses and working with 100's of retailers, this company is a major player and continues to expand worldwide

The Role

This is a pivotal role where you'll take creative ownership of the graphic direction for fashion apparel, working across multiple high-street retailers and sports-inspired brands. You'll be responsible for delivering trend-led, innovative, and commercially viable designs from concept through to sample stage.

You'll collaborate closely with the wider design and sales teams, liaise directly with retail buyers, ensuring ranges captures the energy and style synonymous with modern sports fashion. The role offers the flexibility to work remotely, with travel to London twice a month and regular UK travel to customer sites.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the creative direction for licensed and branded menswear graphics, ensuring designs are trend-forward and commercially relevant.

Research global trends—especially in sports, streetwear, and active lifestyle apparel—and translate insights into fresh, impactful graphics.

Manage the full design process from concept through to sample approval.

Collaborate with factories and suppliers to maintain design integrity and production quality.

Present collections confidently to retail buyers and brand partners.

Support and mentor junior designers, fostering innovation and best practice within the team.

To be considered, you should:

Have recent, proven experience in menswear clothing graphic design, ideally with a UK high-street retailer, brand, or supplier .

A understanding of licensed product design and market trends.

Be genuinely passionate about sports and men's fashion, with a creative eye for commercial detail.

Able to manage projects from start to finish.

Be proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

Be happy to travel throughout the UK to customer sites and visit London twice per month.

Be UK based fully eligible to work in the UK.
