EXPERIENCED ADMINISTRATOR REQUIRED FOR CARE CENTRE

WORK LOCATION : KINGSTON-UPON-THAMES

Hours: 9.00am to 5.00pm

Salary: £27,000 per annum

CHD Living Ltd is a family owned group of care services in Surrey and South London. We are looking to recruit a full-time administrator to join our Care Home in Kingston, Surrey.

You will be an experienced administrator, committed to delivering excellent service to all, and you will play a key part in assisting with the daily, smooth running of the service.

About you:

  • At least 3 years' experience working as an administrator
  • Articulate and confident
  • Smart appearance, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills both on the telephone and in person.
  • Possess excellent hospitality skills and be approachable, with a professional image in line with the company's core values. You will be able to create an immediate good first impression with anyone you meet.
  • Flexible and adapt to new situations and developing workloads whilst working under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Methodical and self-motivated
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Reliable
  • Ability to remain professional at all times
  • Enjoy working in a lively team environment
  • Works well under pressure

Essential skills:

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook,
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent numerical and literacy skills
  • Fluent in English language

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Answering the telephone in a professional and polite manner, dealing effectively with queries as necessary.
  • To ensure all administration forms related to clients and staff are accurately completed and signed by the relevant people prior to forwarding to the necessary individual
  • Filing and archiving.
  • General administration to support the care at home teams
  • Supporting the manager with recruitment administration
  • Dealing with all mail and correspondence via email
