Unsociable hourly rate: £ £15.00 per hour (Depends on Experience)

Hours of work: This role offers flexibility with no fixed shifts. Applicants would be required to make themselves available to cover shifts within a 24/7 call team as and when required - Christmas cover needed.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
  • Oversee online bookings, pre-bookings, and chat forum management.
  • Respond to calls from the police, youth offending teams, and other contracts, documenting their requirements.
  • Accurately and promptly input all essential information into our systems.
  • Identify available workers to dispatch upon receiving a call.
  • Coordinate workers nationally to attend the requested location.
  • Maintain the highest standard of customer service at all times.
