**The role**
We're looking for Meetings and Events Coordinators to join our team. The role reports directly to the Customer Excellence Manager and is part of a team based from our Commercial Hub in Crick (NN6 7XR).
**Who we’re looking for**
If you're the kind of person who is results driven, customer focused, has excellent verbal and written communication, organised and can prioritise your workload, we want you to join us Plus, you'll learn all about our hotels across the UK and become fully conversant with all facilities, services, and special promotions offered by the hotels. You can then use this information to maximise hotel sales.
This role would be perfect for someone who has worked in a hotel sales/reservations office and is ready to take the next step to a multi-property role. We would also be delighted to talk to anyone who has worked in a customer-facing role before in any industry. And if you're good at selling to people, having meaningful conversations, and building relationships, that's even better.
