Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating our product offerings. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with customers. Proficiency in Salesforce and experience in telemarketing will be advantageous.

Duties

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, including calling and networking.

- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business objectives.

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities for growth.

- Communicate effectively to cater to a diverse client base.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within a similar industry.

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is highly desirable.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to engage customers through telemarketing techniques while maintaining professionalism.

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills.

- A passion for sales and a drive to exceed targets while providing exceptional customer service.
