Telesales Agent

Be Sure are an established forward-looking repair specialist, who are seeking to take on a number of individuals to join our bright, modern offices in Littlehampton, West Sussex.

Your career will start as part of our existing Outbound Tele-sales team. This will involve calling customers and establishing a demand for our product whilst offering the highest level of customer service.

If you are success driven, money motivated, friendly, team players and eager to be part of an exciting and expanding sales team this is the job for you.

**Requirements**:

- Making outbound calls to new and existing customers
- Ability to fact find & build rapport with customers
- Sell our packages
- Friendly, polite, approachable and a great team player
- Positive attitude with an excellent phone manner and the ability to communicate effectively with all
- You will need to be committed to the role and enjoy a fast-paced sales environment
- Handle objections politely and efficiently
- Be able to use your experience and training to identify the customer’s requirements

**What we offer**
- Monday - Thursday, 28 hour working week - Opportunity to work 4 hours Friday once targets are met
- Our top sellers earn £1500+ per month
- After the training period is completed, the hourly rate will be reviewed regularly with your progression in your new role, with the opportunity to receive an hourly rate up to £12.00 per hour

Previous telephone and/or sales experience is essential, however training will be provided. You will thrive with the challenge of working to targets and being rewarded accordingly.

You must be confident and have a polite telephone manner.
