to join their expanding client engagement team.

No prior legal experience? No problem. If you have a background in professional services or a passion for the law and you're driven, personable, with proven talent for converting enquiries into clients, the firm will give you all the legal training you need to thrive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with new client enquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
  • Listen, advise, and guide prospective clients with empathy and professionalism.
  • Explain legal services clearly and confidently, converting interest into instructions.
  • Record client information accurately in the CRM system and coordinate with legal teams.
  • Deliver an exceptional first impression - every time.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team conversion targets.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the firm's services and client care standards.

About You

  • A background in customer service, sales, or client relationship management.

  • Previous experience within professional services is hugely advantageous but not essential.
