With offices in London, Birmingham, France, and the Netherlands, our company is recognised for quality, reliability, and trust.

As part of our expansion, we have recently launched KYM, our sister brand specialising in pre-owned luxury fashion and accessories.

To support the growth of both brands, we are looking for two talented E-Commerce & Digital Media Assistants to join our London office — one focusing on the English-speaking market, and one dedicated to the Chinese-speaking market.

The Role

This is a hands-on, all-round digital position ideal for ambitious individuals looking to grow in an international e-commerce environment.

You'll assist in managing our online platforms, updating product listings, engaging with customers, and supporting marketing and social media activities.

Both roles will collaborate closely with our UK and European teams to strengthen Reliable Medicare and KYM's presence online.

  • The English Market Assistant will focus on UK, EU, and international English-speaking audiences.
  • The Chinese Market Assistant will focus on managing Chinese-language content, customer communication, and marketing across WeChat, Xiaohongshu, and other Chinese digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Website & Product Management:
  • Upload, edit, and maintain product listings, descriptions, and pricing on our e-commerce platforms.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment across all listings.
  • Customer Communication:
  • Handle customer enquiries professionally through email, chat, and social platforms.
  • Support buyers and sellers through our online platforms, ensuring smooth transactions.
  • Digital Media & Marketing:
  • Assist in managing and creating engaging content for social media (Instagram, TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and WeChat/Xiaohongshu for the Chinese market).
  • Support digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, and equivalent Chinese platforms).
  • Contribute creative ideas to improve visibility, engagement, and conversion.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
  • Track website and campaign performance to help optimise online sales and brand reach.

About You

We're looking for two dynamic, detail-oriented, and motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow with us.

Essential Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, E-Commerce, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional, polished approach.
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms and enthusiasm for beauty, aesthetics, and luxury e-commerce.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills.

Language Requirements:

  • For the English Market role: Native or fluent English.
  • For the Chinese Market role: Native or fluent Mandarin Chinese (with good English proficiency preferred).

Experience using Magento, Shopify, Google Ads, or social media advertising tools is a plus but not required. Training will be provided.
