Marketing & Online Sales Manager – AI, Content Creation & E-Commerce

Salary: £40,000 + commission opportunities

Location: Central London, full-time in-office

London Export Corporation, founded in 1951, operates three major divisions:


• LEC Beverages – Sole UK distributor of TSINGTAO (Tsingtao Beer)


• LEC Robotics – Distributor of next-generation robotics systems


• London Export Corporation – Global trade & distribution

We are hiring a Marketing & Online Sales Manager who can take complete ownership of marketing, content creation, social media, and online sales across all LEC brands.

This role is for someone who can create, sell, film, edit, market, and drive revenue — using modern AI tools, e-commerce platforms, and high-output social media tactics.

This is a big, hands-on job for a hungry, ambitious person ready to grow with a high-performing international business group.

Role Responsibilities

  1. Online Sales & E-Commerce (Amazon, Shopify & Marketplaces)

You will personally:


• Set up and manage online sales through Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop, and other platforms


• Build product listings, descriptions, media, and storefronts


• Optimise listings for search, visibility and conversion


• Run product promotions, bundles and seasonal sales


• Monitor stock, run basic analytics, and coordinate with sales & operations


• Drive traffic from social content into e-commerce channels


• Understand how to convert viewers → buyers

This is NOT a strategy-only role — you must execute all e-commerce tasks yourself.

  1. Social Media Management Across All Brands

Manage and grow social media for:


• LEC Beverages / Tsingtao Beer UK


• LEC Robotics


• London Export Corporation

Responsibilities include:


• daily posting


• content scheduling


• managing brand voices


• replying, promoting, engaging


• building audiences


• using AI tools to accelerate and optimise output

  1. AI-Driven Content Creation (Video, Photo & Editing)

You must be able to:


• film yourself and others


• create high-quality video and photo content


• edit videos (short-form + long-form)


• use AI tools to speed up editing


• create social media reels, TikToks, product videos, corporate videos


• storyboard and conceive creative ideas


• manage lighting, audio and basic production setups

You MUST be comfortable appearing on camera as a face of the business.

  1. High-Output Marketing Execution


• Build marketing campaigns that drive real sales


• Create content calendars across three brands


• Execute quickly and consistently


• Support sales teams with marketing assets


• Use automation tools for scheduling and analytics


• Generate ideas for promotions, launches and brand growth

This role requires fast, high-volume output, not slow planning.

Required Experience (Non-Negotiable)

You must have:

Hands-on experience managing Amazon, Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms

Proven results in selling products online

Experience driving traffic & conversions through content

Strong video production & editing skills

Confidence appearing on camera

High-level ability with AI tools for marketing, creation and automation

Experience managing multiple social media channels

Experience producing content for commercial products (not personal use)

Ability to operate independently, without agencies or external support
