We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled School Business Manager to join our friendly federation team, working across two thriving village schools. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in leading and managing finance, HR, administration, and site operations, ensuring the very best for our children and community.

  • A dynamic and proactive leader with strong financial, organisational, and people management skills.

  • Someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who can build effective relationships with staff, governors, and external partners.

  • A strategic thinker who can ensure efficiency while supporting the schools' vision and values.

  • Previous school business management or equivalent experience is desirable.
