Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bilingual Lead Nurture Consultant located in Driffield. The consultant will be responsible for managing and nurturing leads through various channels to drive conversions and elevate client success. Day-to-day tasks include conducting outreach, building and maintaining client relationships, analyzing data to optimize lead engagement, and working collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams. Clear communication, both verbal and written, in multiple languages is essential to effectively service diverse clientele.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Communication, Relationship Management, and Multilingual Proficiency (English and at least one additional language).
  • Experience with Lead Management, Lead Nurturing, and Conversion Optimization strategies.
  • Proficiency in Data Analysis, Campaign Performance Metrics, and CRM Platforms.
  • Sales and Marketing knowledge, with an understanding of aligning strategies between these functions for improved outcomes.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects efficiently.
  • Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and a results-driven mindset.
  • Previous experience in customer service or business development is a plus.
  • Relevant academic background, such as a degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications, is preferred.
