Why this role?
Be the foundational architect of Cohere's EMEA sales development engine. You'll own pipeline generation for enterprise accounts while designing the systems that will scale our SDR function. As a Lead Sales Development Representative, You Will

  • Own Pipeline Generation: Consistently hit/exceed quarterly targets through strategic cold outreach to executive buyers in EMEA.
  • Collaborate with AEs: Partner with Account Executives to align on ICPs, refine messaging, and ensure seamless lead handoffs.
  • Optimize Outreach: A/B test cadences, craft compelling narratives, and leverage tools to maximize response rates.
  • Build Scalable Systems: Document processes, track KPIs, and identify opportunities to streamline workflows—laying the groundwork for future SDR teams.
  • Regional Expertise: Adapt tactics for EMEA focus markets while maintaining a unified go-to-market strategy.

You May Be a Good Fit If You Have

  • 3+ years as an SDR in B2B tech, with a proven track record of exceeding quotas in EMEA markets.
