Job Description

Manpower is proud to be partnering with Johnson & Johnson, a global leader in healthcare innovation, to recruit an Associate Administrative Assistant to join the Global Clinical Operations (GCO) team.

This is an exciting opportunity to support cross-country clinical operations within a world-class organization dedicated to advancing health and improving patient outcomes. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing high-level administrative and operational support to GCO leadership and teams, ensuring seamless coordination across multiple countries.

Working within the X-Country Support Centre of Excellence (CoE), you will help drive efficiency, collaboration, and compliance across administrative processes that underpin Johnson & Johnson's clinical research excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex business calendars with strong prioritization and time management skills.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events (on-site, off-site, and virtual).
  • Handle confidential materials and interact daily with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Support purchase order (PO) management and office logistics, including site visits and onboarding of new staff.
  • Maintain and develop document management systems and SharePoint sites.
  • Prepare presentations and internal communications, ensuring consistent, professional standards.
  • Contribute to team projects, working groups, and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with the Johnson & Johnson Code of Business Conduct and relevant policies.

About You

  • You'll be an organised, proactive, and professional administrator with a passion for excellence and a collaborative approach. You will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where attention to detail and discretion are key.
  • Essential Skills & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Office Management or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years' advanced administrative/secretarial experience.
  • Strong understanding of the clinical operations environment or similar regulated setting.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (e.g. SharePoint, Teams, Zoom).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy, initiative, and professionalism.
  • Proven ability to anticipate stakeholder needs and act proactively.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
