We are looking for a Front of House Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be friendly, professional, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.

This role involves both bar work and restaurant service, offering variety and the opportunity to grow within a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

Bar Service

  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, wine, cocktails, and soft drinks, to a high standard.
  • Maintain a clean and organised bar area, ensuring supplies are stocked and replenished as needed.
  • Monitor and adhere to responsible alcohol service guidelines.

Restaurant Service

  • Greet guests warmly and ensure they feel welcomed and valued.
  • Take food and drink orders, provide recommendations, and deliver a seamless dining experience.
  • Ensure tables are set, cleared, and maintained to the highest standard throughout service.

Customer Interaction

  • Provide knowledgeable and enthusiastic advice about menu items, including pairing wine and food.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest queries or concerns.

Teamwork & Operations

  • Work closely with the kitchen and management team to ensure smooth service.
  • Support other team members as needed during busy periods.
  • Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in bar work or restaurant service is desirable but not essential – training will be provided.
  • A positive attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellence.
