Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a warm welcome and providing exceptional service throughout their experience. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of hospitality, from customer service contributing to a memorable atmosphere that keeps our patrons returning.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all dietary requirements are noted.
  • Serve food and beverages with attention to detail and presentation.
  • Prioritise tasks in a busy environment, whilst upholding excellent customer service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables and service stations.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints with grace and professionalism.
  • Support catering events as required, providing excellent service to guests.

Skills

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices is essential to ensure compliance with health regulations.
  • Experience in serving or barista roles is an advantage, enhancing your ability to provide excellent customer service.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage positively with guests and colleagues alike.
  • A passion for catering and food preparation, demonstrating an understanding of culinary practices.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From £12.21 per hour
