Job Summary
We are seeking an Account Administrator to join our office.
The successful candidate will be responsible for various accounting functions and maintaining accurate financial records i.e. sales/purchase ledgers.
Responsibilities
- Manage and process accounts payable/receivable transactions using QuickBooks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Assist in reconciling accounts.
- Support month end closing procedures.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely payments.
- Assist with other administrative duties.
- PAYE experience.
Experience
- Proven experience working with accounting software such as QuickBooks.
- Strong understanding of accounts payable/receivable processes and financial recordkeeping.
- Previous experience in an administrative or finance support role is preferred.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial documentation.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Expected hours: 10 per week
Work Location: In person
