Job Summary

We are seeking an Account Administrator to join our office.

The successful candidate will be responsible for various accounting functions and maintaining accurate financial records i.e. sales/purchase ledgers.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and process accounts payable/receivable transactions using QuickBooks.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Assist in reconciling accounts.
  • Support month end closing procedures.
  • Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely payments.
  • Assist with other administrative duties.
  • PAYE experience.

Experience

  • Proven experience working with accounting software such as QuickBooks.
  • Strong understanding of accounts payable/receivable processes and financial recordkeeping.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or finance support role is preferred.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial documentation.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £12.71 per hour

Expected hours: 10 per week

Work Location: In person
