As Reception Team Leader you will help set the tone for every guest journey, a calm, confident anchor in our ever-moving coastal setting - where sunrise at Bedruthan and sunset at Scarlet are part of your working week.

Assisting the management team to coordinate two agile teams across both hotels and guiding them to deliver a seamless, personalised service. Leading with warmth and clarity you will hold space for team growth and head the delivery of exceptional guest experience.

What does the role look like?

  • Leading from the front during peak times - keeping flow and energy positive and efficient, seeing the sunset and sunrise in each business each week.
  • Assisting the management team to create a strong operational rhythm with adaptable plans that work across both hotels.
  • Ensuring our guest experience is thoughtful, informed, and unforgettable.
  • Helping to coach our teams to deliver exceptional service ensuring billing, payments, and systems are accurate and smooth.
  • Being an integral part of team development with seasonal awareness.
  • Using feedback, data (including Net Promoter Scores), and team insights to drive continuous improvement.
