We're looking for Night Hosts to join our Front of House Team across our two unique hotels:

  • Scarlet, an adults-only eco-sanctuary celebrating natural living.
  • Bedruthan, a creative, family-friendly outpost for all to enjoy.

This hands-on, varied role is key to delivering exceptional hospitality while maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. You'll be the friendly face that ensures our guests feel cared for—even late at night.

What you'll be doing

  • Delivering a smooth check-in for late arrivals and early check-outs, following our standard procedures.
  • Answering telephone calls quickly and efficiently.
  • Supporting the food and beverage team with room service deliveries.
  • Managing guest billing, financial transactions, and the reception float accurately.
  • Keeping reception and public areas tidy and up to brand standards.
  • Overnight security to ensure the hotel site is safe.
  • Handling guest requests, recording feedback, and ensuring seamless shift handovers.
  • Reporting and following up on maintenance issues.
  • Maintaining a positive and friendly attitude at all times, even when problem-solving.

You'll need basic computer skills, accurate numeracy, honesty, and good judgment. The role also requires physical stamina to patrol the hotels and grounds, and assist with nightly cleaning and tidying.
