In the vibrant independent quarter of Wesley Yard, Project Eighty Three is the ultimate go-to destination for moto lovers, music enthusiasts, and street food aficionados.

Our work environment is dynamic. Typically a cafe / bar in the day time we host numerous community events and live music in the evenings approximately twice a month. We are a go-to destination for motorbike riders as our retail store is located opposite where we specialise in protective motorbike gear. Our newest venue provides comfort and exceptional service to our retail customers. Our demographic differs wildly but we are consistent in our delivery of exceptional customer service and friendly welcome.

Job Summary:
We are seeking skilled and friendly Barista / Bar Staff to join our team. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and preparing a variety of beverages. Your passion for coffee and dedication to delivering exceptional experiences will contribute to our customers' satisfaction.

**Duties**:

- Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Operate espresso machines and other equipment to brew coffee and prepare beverages
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and work area
- Maintain inventory of supplies, restocking as needed
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues that may arise

Qualifications:

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Strong time management skills to ensure efficient service during peak hours
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and guidelines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
