Barista/bakery Host

Red Hotels are looking for an experienced barista / bakery host to help join our fabulous team and support our Food & Beverage Managers deliver service excellence.

Our in house bakery operates 7 days a week between 9-5pm serving a delicious range of homemade breads, cakes and barista coffees to hotel guests and locals. We are looking for someone who ideally has barista experience but also willing to learn, is self-motivated, works in a clean and tidy manner and is able to work well in our team.

With potential for up to 300 covers throughout the day, including children, during busy seasons, this role is for the driven and not the faint hearted

Key responsibilities include:

- Delivery of exceptional hospitality in a warm and friendly manner
- Regular interaction with any guests to ensure they have everything they need and offer the sale of goods and services where appropriate.
- Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety, cellar management and stock ordering
- Offering support to the food and beverage team where required

You must be passionate about delivering consistent, impeccable service and hospitality to our guests whilst reflecting our relaxed approach.

We offer:
£11.44 per hour

Share of service charge

Regular 1 to 1’s and a development journey.

Permanent contract of 40 hours per week.

28 days holiday per year (29 after 1 year)
