Office Assistant

Overview:
We are seeking a confident, highly organised and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The Office Assistant will provide administrative support and assist with various office tasks to ensure smooth operations. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.
Duties:
Daily diary management which includes organising viewings, property inspections and liaising with current tenants and new applicants.
Perform data entry tasks, including inputting and updating information into databases
Manage and maintain office filing systems, mostly digital but includes physical documents
Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information or assistance
Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings
Support the team with general administrative tasks as assigned
Over time, take on more in-depth property management tasks
Experience:
Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Familiarity with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Professional phone etiquette and strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
