We're seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Freelance Business Administration Tutor to deliver high-quality training for the Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard. Join our dynamic and supportive training organisation to help develop the next generation of business professionals, equipping them with the practical and professional skills essential for success in modern workplaces.

Role Overview

You'll deliver engaging, learner-focused sessions covering core areas such as business fundamentals, project management, communication skills, IT and record management, stakeholder relationships, and professional behaviours in business administration.

You'll support small groups of learners (up to 10 per cohort), guiding them through both on-the-job and off-the-job learning while ensuring progress against the apprenticeship standard.

As a freelance tutor, you are responsible for all preparation before delivery — including Schemes of Work, Lesson Plans, and learner activities. No additional payment is provided for preparation time.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business administration or office management
  • Strong understanding of the Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard
  • Recognised teaching or training qualification (e.g., PTLLS, AET, Cert Ed, or equivalent)
  • Experience in delivering apprenticeships or vocational qualifications
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and coaching skills
  • Relevant business or management qualification (Level 6 or above)
