We are looking for an experienced and passionate Freelance Business Admin Tutor to teach the Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship. Join our friendly and supportive training team to help prepare the next generation of business professionals with the practical and professional skills they need to succeed in today's workplaces.

Role Overview

You will teach interesting and engaging sessions that focus on key topics such as business basics, project management, communication, IT and record keeping, working with stakeholders, and professional behaviour in business administration.

You'll work with small groups of up to 10 learners, helping them with both their workplace learning and classroom activities, and making sure they meet the goals of the apprenticeship.

As a freelance tutor, you are responsible for all preparation before delivery — including Schemes of Work, Lesson Plans, and learner activities. No additional payment is provided for preparation time.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business administration or office management
  • Strong understanding of the Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard
  • Recognised teaching or training qualification (e.g., PTLLS, AET, Cert Ed, or equivalent)
  • Experience in delivering apprenticeships or vocational qualifications
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and coaching skills
  • Relevant business or management qualification (Level 6 or above)
