Are you an experienced software developer with a passion for teaching and mentoring? We are seeking a **Freelance Software Developer Tutor** to deliver engaging and practical instruction to our students, helping them build strong foundations in coding, development tools, and real-world problem solving.

**About Us**:
We are a dynamic training provider delivering high-quality apprenticeship programmes across all Digital Sector. Our mission is to bridge the skills gap by connecting learners with meaningful career pathways.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver structured lessons in software development (languages may include Python, JavaScript, Java, C#, etc.)
- Support learners in developing practical coding skills and project-based learning
- Provide personalized feedback, support, and mentoring
- Prepare and adapt lesson plans, assessments, and exercises
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies

**What We're Looking For**:

- Professional experience in software development or engineering
- Strong command of at least one major programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java)
- Experience in teaching, mentoring, or training others
- Clear, confident communication and presentation skills
