Employee Relations Partner

What you will do:

  • Be the ER expert:
    Advise leaders and managers on complex employee relations matters, ensuring fair, consistent and regulatory compliant outcomes.
  • Shape the culture:
    Champion an inclusive, high-performance environment through proactive engagement and strong communication.
  • Lead investigations:
    Manage sensitive grievance, disciplinary and whistleblowing cases with integrity and discretion.
  • Drive change:
    Support organisational transformation initiatives in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
  • Coach and influence:
    Partner with senior stakeholders to mitigate risk and embed best practices.
  • Innovate processes:
    Identify opportunities to streamline ER frameworks and enhance employee experience.
  • Champion data:
    Deliver insights through accurate ER reporting and trend analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Resolve conflicts:
    Use mediation and facilitation skills to address issues informally and constructively.

Skills and experience:

  • Proven experience managing complex ER cases end-to-end in a high-growth or large-scale organisation.
  • Deep knowledge of UK & International employment law, ACAS guidelines and HR best practice.
  • Strong track record of advising and influencing senior leaders on ER strategy and risk management.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a pragmatic, solutions-focused mindset.
  • Accredited mediation skills or demonstrable experience in workplace mediation.
  • Ability to balance compliance with commercial objectives in a fast-moving, innovative business.
