What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Managing a portfolio of residential properties
  • Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors
  • Handling maintenance issues and property inspections
  • Ensuring compliance with current lettings legislation
  • Delivering high-quality customer service throughout the tenancy cycle

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

  • Proven experience in Property Management / Residential Lettings
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • High level of customer service and professional approach
  • Positive, proactive attitude and excellent organisational abilities
  • Smart, articulate, and well-presented
  • Full UK Driving Licence required
  • ARLA qualification advantageous
