JUNIOR BLOCK MANAGER – Property Management

WANTED Block Manager – Harrow: A professional Property Company based in the Harrow area are seeking a Junior Block Manager (with some previous property industry experience) to join their team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with early experience in Block Management who is ready to develop their skills further within a supportive property management environment.

The company manages a varied residential and commercial portfolio and are seeking someone who is enthusiastic, organised, and committed to learning the full scope of block management responsibilities.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Assisting with the management of a diverse residential and commercial block portfolio
• Supporting senior team members with Section 20 Notices, budgets, and management accounts
• Liaising with leaseholders, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth communication
• Attending meetings and AGMs alongside senior managers
• Arranging maintenance and repairs under supervision
• Learning to prepare service charge budgets and financial reports
• Helping maintain compliance and staying informed on legislation

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Some experience in Block / Property Management or a related role
• Basic understanding of residential leases and service charge principles
• Willingness to learn Section 20 processes and compliance requirements
• IRPM or other industry qualification (or willingness to work towards one)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to stay organised and prioritise a varied workload
• Professional, proactive, and eager to progress
• Full UK driving licence and own car preferred
• Local area knowledge is beneficial
