An energetic and dynamic Lettings Manager is wanted for our client's expanding Estate and Lettings agency.

Our client is looking for a driven Lettings Manager to oversee a busy office in the Harrow area, where your leadership skills and passion for the lettings industry can shine.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Leading and motivating a team within a busy lettings office
  • Winning new instructions and building the lettings portfolio
  • Managing client relationships with professionalism and integrity
  • Ensuring high levels of customer service and retention
  • Dealing confidently with high-end properties
  • Overseeing the full lettings process across all property types
  • Supporting the business with strategy, growth, and compliance

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

  • Experience as a Lettings Manager or strong Assistant Lettings Manager ready to step up
  • Proven track record in instruction winning and listing
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • Results-driven with a proactive, professional attitude
  • Sound knowledge of the lettings market and legislation
  • Full UK Driving License
  • Local knowledge of the Harrow area preferred
