Location: Brixton, SW2

Salary: OTE £50,000 per annum

Position: Permanent, Full-Time

Worth Recruiting is working with a well-established and award-winning estate agency in the Brixton area that is looking to hire a driven and experienced Lettings Manager.

The role involves leading a high-performing team, increasing market share, and ensuring excellent customer service standards. This position is ideal for a lettings professional ready to step into a leadership role or build on existing management experience. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Carry out rental valuations and secure new instructions
  • Manage, motivate, and support the lettings team
  • Drive business growth and increase the local market presence
  • Maintain compliance and ensure smooth operational processes
  • Provide high-quality customer service to landlords and tenants
  • Monitor and meet office performance targets
  • Represent the brand positively in the local community 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in lettings (management or senior level)
  • Strong valuation and instruction-winning background
  • Confident team leadership and staff development skills
  • Excellent sales and negotiation ability
  • Proactive and personable with strong communication skills
  • Well-presented and professional approach
  • Knowledge of Brixton and surrounding areas (preferred)
  • Full UK driving licence (essential); own car preferred
