Mission:
Join Schneider Electric's UK&I Zone Marketing team, owning internal communications. This role is ideal for a self-starting, strong communicator with a strategic lens and a passion for impactful employee content and executive communications.
You'll work closely with senior leaders, HR peers, and business stakeholders to plan, operationalise, and deliver impactful internal communications. This role will have also gain exposure, and contribute to, strategic marketing initiatives as part of the commercial communications strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Define and deliver internal communications strategies aligned to business priorities.
- Build and maintain internal communications calendars and reporting dashboards.
- Lead execution, partnering closely with HR and Employer Brand functions
- Collaborate with HR, Marketing, and business units to amplify key initiatives and success stories.
- Partner with peer function to support delivery of executive communications (including external) and cascade of key initiatives.
- Assist in the creation of content for external channels (e.g. LinkedIn, blogs, PR) as development opportunities arise.
- Develop crisp, compelling presentations for sr. stakeholders and internal audiences.
Skills & Experience:
- 2–4 years of experience in communications, marketing, or related roles (agency or in-house).
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences.
- Organised and proactive, with strong project coordination skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Digitally fluent across content platforms and tools (e.g. SharePoint, Teams, Viva Engage, PowerPoint, LinkedIn).
- A collaborative team player with a growth mindset and willingness to learn.
- Excellent business insight and decision-making quality
