This role sits within the Communications and Corporate Affairs function of the Firm. This is a change focused role and involves working very closely with the Senior Internal Comms Manager to deliver priority projects under the Firm's strategy.

Roles and Responsibilities


•Support the Senior Manager to document communication plans, including stakeholder mapping, for change projects including cultural transformation, operational changes, and technology adoption.


•Develop clear, compelling, and consistent messaging for various internal channels, including email, newsletters, and intranet (SharePoint) articles.


•Support delivery of the communications plans across firmwide change programmes and projects.


•Collaborate with project managers from the Strategy and Transformation team to ensure communications are embedded into project plans, supporting successful delivery.


•Establish and develop relationships with key stakeholder across the Firm, including BD and Marketing and the wider Business Services teams.


•Contribute creative ideas on how to engage and support our people during change projects.


•Maintain and optimise internal communication channels including the intranet (SharePoint), email platforms (Vuture), and the creation of assets for internal TV screens (App Space).


•Liaise with the in-house design team to produce engaging assets and campaign materials that support change and behavioural initiatives.


•Collect Firm data to analyse employee sentiment and feedback, measuring the effectiveness of communication. Working with the Senior Manager to refine messaging and improve engagement.


•Identify and develop case studies that showcase successful collaboration and change adoption.


•Manage logistics for video content creation, including scheduling, room bookings, and briefing contributors.


•Coordinate logistics and technical support for virtual and hybrid events, ensuring smooth execution.


•Work closely with the internal communications team to maintain the communications calendar, ensuring alignment across business-as-usual (BAU) activity, change programmes, and leadership messaging, and avoiding conflicts or overload.


•Support the wider Internal Comms team, ensuring the highest standard of communication across the Firm.


•Provide support to the Director of Communications and Corporate Affairs and Senior Internal Communications Manager.

Skills and experience


•4 years+ experience in a similar role in professional services (preferably in a law firm)


•Experience working on change related projects - beneficial


•Experience with SharePoint intranet platforms and email marketing (Vuture) – desirable


•Experience in collaborating across an international, cross-matrix business


•Clear evidence of change management successes
