Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Regional Sales Manager, located in the London Area, United Kingdom, with some work from home acceptable. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing customer accounts, developing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and expanding the customer base, focusing on the South East / South West of England and the London Area. Daily tasks include visiting clients, providing product information, handling customer inquiries, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the Head Office based in Wolverhampton to process orders.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales Management, Account Management, and Customer Relationship Management.
  • Skills in developing sales strategies and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in preparing sales reports and analyzing sales data.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to travel within the region as needed.
  • Knowledge of the Fasteners and Fixings Industry is essential requirement.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
  • At least 3 Years experience as a Sales Manager in the Fasteners Industry.
