Regional sales manager – London area and South UK
Permanent | Full-time | Hybrid (Field + Remote)

Key ResponsibilitiesTraining, Demonstrations & Presentations (Primary Responsibility)
- Deliver product demonstrations for distributors and end-users across South UK including London.
- Lead training sessions on product use, dilution systems, and best practices.
- Conduct presentations for small and medium-sized customer groups.
- Act as a product expert during site visits, meetings, and distributor engagements.
Distributor Growth Support
- Support distributors in promoting and positioning InnuScience solutions within their customer base.
- Provide follow-up support after training/demos to strengthen adoption and retention.
- Help distributors prepare for tenders, onboarding, and new opportunities (documentation, product selection, technical information).
Field Activity & Market Development
- Identify opportunities for product expansion within distributor accounts.
- Gather feedback from distributors and customers to share with the UK sales team.
- Attend regional trade shows, customer events, and distributor-led campaigns as a brand representative.
Operational Coordination
- Maintain accurate records of visits, demos, training sessions, and feedback in CRM.
- Ensure distributors have all required sales tools, marketing assets, product guides, and technical documents.
- Support the UK team with regional coordination tasks linked to distributor growth.
Travel
- Frequent travel within London and South UK.
- Occasional travel for national meetings, training, or events.
Qualifications & SkillsRequired
- Experience in a customer-facing role (sales, training, demonstrations, or technical support).
- Strong presentation skills with confidence in speaking to groups.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with distributors and end-users.
- Organised, reliable, and capable of managing a field schedule.
- Proficient with Google Suite, and basic CRM tools.
- Self-motivated with a desire to grow in a commercial role.
Preferred but not Essential
- Experience in cleaning, hygiene, catering, hospitality or FM sectors.
- Familiarity with distributor/wholesaler sales models.
- Interest in sustainability, biotechnology, or eco-friendly cleaning solutions.
- Practical and some understanding of very basic water pipework & plumbing systems.
