Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Regional Sales Manager role based in the Greater Preston Area. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth in the assigned region by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include managing customer accounts, negotiating and closing deals, preparing sales reports, and developing strategic sales plans. The role requires collaboration with internal teams such as marketing, support, and technical departments to deliver excellent customer service and business results.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent customer relationship management and account management capabilities
  • Strategic planning, business development, and market analysis skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, sales software, and Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience in the automated door industry or related B2B sales roles is a plus
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region as part of the role
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
