We're looking for a confident and customer-focused Lettings Negotiator to work closely with our Lettings Manager and help deliver an outstanding service to landlords and tenants. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment, love working with people, and take pride in doing things properly, this could be a brilliant opportunity.

This role suits someone who is organised, proactive, warm, and able to build trust easily. You'll be involved in everything from viewings to referencing to day-to-day support, helping the lettings department run smoothly and professionally.

We also have dogs in the office, so you'll need to be happy working around them.

About the role

You'll be supporting the Lettings Manager across the full lettings process. No two days will be the same. You'll be meeting people, showing properties, handling enquiries, and guiding tenants and landlords with clarity and care.

You'll play a key part in delivering a service we're genuinely proud of and reflecting our high standards across every interaction.

Key responsibilities

  • Handling tenant enquiries and booking viewings
  • Carrying out viewings and providing clear, friendly follow-up
  • Supporting rental valuations and preparing listings
  • Managing referencing, paperwork, and tenancy progression
  • Assisting with check-ins, check-outs, and inspections
  • Communicating with landlords, tenants, and contractors
  • Ensuring compliance with lettings legislation and company standards
  • Helping maintain smooth office processes and excellent service standards
  • Providing day-to-day support to the Lettings Manager

About you

  • At least 2 years' experience in a UK lettings role
  • ARLA qualification (AARLA) is required
  • Strong understanding of UK lettings legislation and compliance
  • Confident, friendly, and great with people
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
  • Quick-thinking, adaptable, and eager to learn
  • Customer-first mindset with high personal standards
  • Positive, upbeat attitude with great communication skills
  • Happy working in a dog-friendly office
  • Full UK driving licence
