Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Supervisor to oversee operations within our care home sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for senior care, ensuring that our clients receive the highest standard of service. This role involves supervising staff, implementing care plans, and maintaining effective communication with both team members and residents.

Duties

  • Supervise and support care staff in delivering exceptional service to residents.
  • Develop and implement individual care plans tailored to the needs of each resident.
  • Conduct regular assessments to ensure compliance with care standards and regulations.
  • Foster a positive working environment through effective leadership and communication.
  • Drive to various locations as required, ensuring timely oversight of services.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to care plans and staff performance.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to enhance the quality of care provided.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within the senior care or healthcare sector.
  • Strong understanding of care plans and the ability to implement them effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with staff, residents, and families.
  • Proficient IT skills for maintaining records and documentation.
  • A valid driving licence is essential for travel between locations.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on team development and support.
  • Previous experience in a care home setting is highly desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £27,000.00 per year
