**Field Care Supervisor**

Are you an experienced social care worker who takes pride in providing the highest level of care to your community? Do you often find yourself passing on your experience and advice to others? Do you like to find more efficient and effective ways of providing care?

If this sounds like you then our Field Care Supervisor position is for you.

As a Field Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting and managing a team of Care Assistants in the field and be the go-to person to solve complex queries when they arise, using your experience and problem-solving skills to deliver care solutions to the community.

Working in close partnership with both the Care Manager you will connect the office with the customer. You will also use your experience to provide quality control of care services, constantly seeking out ways to provide higher levels of care.

This is a field-based role where you will be responsible for managing a team and undertaking reviews and audits of care packages. You will be ideally suited if you are self-motivated, well-organised, reliable and an effective communicator.
