**We are looking for an enthusiastic compassionate and motivated Care Supervisor to join our multi award winning care team who provides care and support to people in their own homes. In this rewarding role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our customers receive exceptional care and support, helping them stay safe, comfortable, and independent in the comfort of their own homes.**

**This is a permanent post with a one in 4 on call rotation with a generous pay rate £33774 FTE**

**Your Roles and Responsibilities as a Care Supervisor will include**:

- **Quality assurance
- Carrying out quality reviews at the customer’s home to make sure the service is being delivered in line with company procedures. Carry out spot checks to maintain our high standards**:

- **Creating individually tailored care plans that respects the customer’s wishes and promotes their dignity and privacy.**:

- **Monitoring electronic MAR charts and take any actions on findings**:

- **Providing advice and supervision to care colleagues**:

- **Take part in the out of hours on call rota (just 1 week in 4)**:

- **Be flexible and work under pressure**:

- **Have hands on experience within the care industry**:

- **Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team**:

- **Practice and promote confidentiality at all times**:

- **Proactively lead a team and communicate with colleagues in a professional manner**

**Qualifications**
- **Have a minimum SVQ 2 qualification, SVQ3 qualification desirable**:

- **Strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team**:

- **Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and staff**:

- **Valid driver's license**:

- **Basic IT skills for maintaining records and documentation**
