Role Overview You will need to be a driver with your own transport (car, motorcycle, moped, E‑Bike etc) – the work is not suited to non‑drivers. This is a full‑time role based on 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm with out‑of‑hours on‑call phone and 1 weekend out of 4. About the role As a Field Supervisor you will work out in the field to complete monitoring tasks such as reviews, spot checks, carer assessments as well as completing Risk Assessments, MAR charts and support plans. You will be the face of Radis working in the community ensuring people stay in the home they love. You will also be working with the NHS, Social services, GP's and other health professionals to ensure we meet the needs of the people we support. Salary & Pay All Supervisor Hours are paid at an enhanced hourly rate. Any care completed is paid at our care rate, plus paid travelling time between care visits and paid mileage. When completing on‑call you will also receive an On‑call Payment. Do you have the qualities, character and experience that will allow you to shine in this role? 1 year experience in Health & Social Care. Qualifications The successful candidate will have an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care with a view to completing Level 3. You will have the ability to set and maintain high standards of quality and professionalism in all areas of work. You will have good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with staff, people we support and outside agencies in a professional manner. This role requires you to undergo an enhanced DBS check. A driving licence with access to a vehicle will also be required for the role.
