We have an exciting new opportunity available for a Property Co-ordinator to join our office in the Roseland. This is a full-time role working five days a week including Fridays and Saturdays. As this is a growing area for Pure, there will be the opportunity for career progression for the right candidate.

Duties will include:

  • Supporting the Services Manager with daily tasks
  • Assisting with property management checks
  • Liaising with laundry suppliers and housekeepers to provide first-class service
  • Investigating any cleaning or damage related complaints
  • Performing a range of administrative tasks
  • Supporting the on-call rota to deal with any guest emergencies
  • Oversee the ordering and packing of linen
  • Monitor the quality and standards of all laundered items, ensuring compliance with organisational requirements
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock
  • Coordinate with laundry services regarding deliveries, collections, and management of rejected items

Essential Criteria:

  • Full UK Driving Licence, with own transport available
  • Proficient in data entry and record keeping
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Willingness to travel to properties on a daily basis
