Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team.The postion offered id 21 hours over 3 days. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer experience, driving sales, and supporting the overall operations of the store. Serving customers on the till and replenishing stock

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
  • Maintain an organised and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed effectively.
  • Process transactions accurately at the till, handling cash and card payments with care.
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to customer inquiries regarding product features, pricing, and promotions.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance store performance.
  • Assist in inventory management, including receiving deliveries and conducting stock checks.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers positively.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly demeanour.
  • Flexibility is key to work various shifts, including weekends and cover holidays and sickness as required.
