We are looking for a dynamic Sales Assistant to join our Sales Team. You will work with our New Business Development Manager and Sundries Manager to introduce our current customers to our range of sundries and to upsell on orders, you will also provide effective administrative support to the team.

**Working Hours**:
Monday - Friday

27.5 hours per week

9am - 2:30pm

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make B2B calls targeting potential new customers to familiarise them with the company’s products and services and engage them to become regular customers.
- Generating and developing new business leads.
- Processing sales orders.
- Dealing with any objections the customers may have.
- Working towards sales targets
- Recording and updating the lead database.
- Providing administration support to the team.
- Assisting in any other tasks as and when required.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent objection handling ability.
- Experience in cold calling desirable however full training will be given.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Confidence and tenacity to pursue leads, overcome obstacles and secure deals.
- Good communication and persuasive skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
