Location: Chelmsford
Hours: 9:00am – 5:30pm Mon–Thurs, 9:00am – 5:00pm Fri (37 hrs/week)

The Role: Sales Team Leader

We're on the hunt for a natural leader – someone who's ambitious, energetic, and ready to own the performance of a brand-new sales team. You'll help build the team, drive results, and inspire those around you.

This role isn't just about hitting targets (though, yes, we want that too) — it's about creating a winning culture and playing a major role in shaping the future of this division.

What You'll Do
  • Build, lead & mentor a new high-performing sales team

  • Help hire awesome people and coach them to success

  • Take ownership of team performance – lead from the front

  • Manage key client accounts and drive upsell opportunities

  • Collaborate across teams (Marketing, Ops, Finance) to support growth

  • Report on team KPIs weekly, monthly, and quarterly

  • Attend trade shows & industry events (yes, you might travel a bit)

  • Create campaigns & strategies that boost visibility and engagement

  • Use CRM tools to keep sales performance on point

  • Shape the future of our sales strategy with the leadership team

What You Bring
  • A solid track record in tech sales or B2B leadership

  • Experience building or leading a sales team

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and coaching skills

  • A passion for helping people grow and smash goals

  • Growth mindset: always learning, improving, adapting

  • A full UK driving licence + passport (for the occasional expo or trip)
