Inside Sales Executive – Customs Clearance (Polish-speaking)

Location

189 London Road, Staines-upon-Thames TW18 4HR (Office-based; hybrid possible after training)

Salary

£28,000 – £35,000 base + uncapped performance bonus

Language Requirement

English native-level (C2) and Polish fluent (C1+) are required. Daily calls and emails in both languages.

About Us

On The Spot Broker LTD is a specialist customs-clearance provider supporting importers and exporters across Europe 7 days a week. We focus on precision, speed, and clear communication so shipments move without delay.

The Role

  • Contact and qualify UK importers, exporters, and small forwarders; introduce our customs services
  • Handle inbound enquiries and turn them into live customers
  • Prepare simple quotes with our operations team and follow up to win the job
  • Build relationships with repeat clients through clear, timely communication
  • Learn the customs process and speak confidently about HS codes, GVMS, CDS, and Incoterms
  • Track outreach and results using a simple CRM workflow

Who We Are Looking For

  • Confident on the phone and in writing in both English and Polish
  • 1–3 years in sales or customer-facing roles (B2B preferred)
  • Organised, resilient, and ready to learn customs quickly
  • Comfortable with targets and a steady daily outreach rhythm
  • Interest in international trade or customs is a plus (training provided)

How We Work

We are customs-only. We are fast, accurate, and available 7 days. We often act as a clean backup when a main broker is slow or offline. If a client also trades in the EU, we can pair EU and UK clearances so they have one point of contact and fewer mistakes. We do not provide transport or warehousing.
