Sitting at your desk, staring at your call list. “Only 74 more calls today”, it’s worse than counting minutes away. We -salespeople
Over at Gantrade, we appreciate the value of prospecting. The thrill of the hunt, but you don’t go out in the Iberian mountains looking for polar bears, now do you? We believe in investing in technology to identify more easily which customers would be open to buy from us. Technology brings us this far, you (our inside sales colleague) will use this technology to identify prospects and use your people skills to convince them to make them buy.
**About you**
Knowing how to hold a phone and how to give the best elevator pitch a prospect has heard will only get you so far with us. Something with polar bears and mountain ranges, right?
Take a page from our recruitment departments’ book. We call it sourcing. The art of finding anyone, anytime at any place in the world. After all, there’s a recruiter behind the scenes writing this advert. While we all know true sales is all about building and maintaining relationships, we have a saying in the recruitment industry: “You can’t build a relationship with a person you haven’t found yet”.
So that’s where you come in. Besides being able to talk to people real, reaaaaal well we’re hoping you can teach us a thing or two. Even better when you have an insatiable hunger for learning anything new when it comes to inbound marketing tools that can improve your sales results.

Some non-negotiables for us:
1) You have experience with prospecting. Be it from a lead gen agency, recruitment agency, previous inside sales job,anything.
2) You like prospecting, I mean. This is still a sales job, your phone will be glued to your face for longer periods of the day.
3) You have some tech savviness in you and you’re willing to use tools like LinkedIn, marketing automation,to find and identify the right people.
We’d be really amazed if:
1) You happen to have a chemistry degree laying around
2) You know something about raw materials in a chemistry setting
3) Chemistry actually interests you
