We're creating the next generation of ADP and we need your help to do it. In Sales, we're all about growing the UK business and we know the future of ADP depends on hiring people who can make a difference here. You will sell to one to two decision makers and will be expected to demo our software and manage the entire sales cycle through first contact to the final close. Leads will be passed from marketing but the expectation will be that, by a combination of networking, cross-selling, upselling and cold-calling you will generate further new business leads yourself. This is a sophisticated consultative sale which requires an ability to listen to the client and match their needs to our products and services. The successful candidate will be upbeat, positive and friendly and most importantly at ease talking on the phone to senior decision-makers, qualifying opportunities and closing business. Using various methods(social selling & CRM data) to source new opportunities Identifying people who have HR/Payroll pain points or gaps; and engaging them to a live project Staying up-to-date with market trends ,and educating prospects on insight, potential threats or opportunities to better their businesses with improved HR / Payroll processes Working with your Leader& colleagues to define campaigns to strategically direct your outreach activity Managing the full end-to-end sales cycle with prospects Cleansing & managing your own data set to ensure accurate strategies Based in the UK, within daily commutable distance to our Staines office Ideally some previous experience within a complex sales environment Track record of carrying and achieving a sales quota for at least 12 months Flexible attitude Articulate with good business acumen and commercial awareness Experience of using a CRM System (ideally Salesforce) – preferred but not essential Competitive base salary and bonuses.
