Key Responsibilities

• Assist with customs clearance to ensure full compliance with UK/EU regulations.
• Process and manage high-volume emails (over 1,000 daily) in Microsoft Outlook with speed and accuracy.
• Learn to complete customs declarations with precision, ensuring compliance and preventing costly errors.
• Prioritize, organize, and execute tasks within tight deadlines, managing multiple workflows simultaneously.
• Support operations through data entry, customer communication, and workflow management.
• Participate in comprehensive training programs to master customs procedures, tariffs, and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain professional, clear communication with internal teams, customers, and customs authorities.

Requirements

• Fluent in Polish (spoken and written) is a must.
• Native-level proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for accuracy.
• A proactive, quick learner with the ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
• A strong desire to learn and grow within a specialized industry.
