A bit about what you will be doing:

The Head of Procurement will oversee all procurement activities across The Evolv Collection, ensuring quality, value, and efficiency in every area of spend. Reporting to the Back of House Operations Director, this role plays a key part in supporting the group's operational and financial goals by managing supplier performance, negotiating contracts, and driving best-in-class purchasing practices.

The position is responsible for leading the procurement team ensuring alignment between beverage strategy, procurement priorities, and the wider commercial agenda.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the procurement function, ensuring effective purchasing practices across food, beverage, non-food, and service categories.
• Develop and execute procurement strategies that align with operational and financial objectives, balancing cost efficiency with quality and brand integrity.
• Partner with key stakeholders – including Finance, Operations, Culinary, and Development – to identify and deliver savings, process improvements, and supplier innovation.
• Deliver measurable cost efficiencies and margin improvements across all areas of spend.
• Oversee procurement systems and processes (P2P, SAP integration, data accuracy) to ensure compliance, transparency, and efficiency.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements that optimise pricing, mitigate risk, and support positive cash flow.
• Work closely with Finance and Operations to ensure accurate forecasting, reporting, and performance tracking.
• Lead supplier sourcing, selection, and performance management across all categories.
• Consolidate supplier base where appropriate to maximise commercial leverage and maintain consistent quality standards.
• Collaborate with Culinary and Operations teams to maintain a market-leading product offer with innovation, reliability, and cost control
• Support delivery of The Evolv Collection's sustainability and Net Zero commitments across the supply chain.
• Ensure compliance with all procurement, health & safety, and ethical sourcing standards.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management, ideally within hospitality, leisure, or FMCG sectors.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills with a commercial, data-driven mindset.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of food, beverage, and non-food categories within multi-site operations.
• Strong financial acumen and contract management experience.
• Working knowledge of procurement systems
• Commercially astute and results-focused.
• Collaborative, approachable, and adaptable with a hands-on leadership style.
• Strong problem-solving and decision
